Beyonce I just want to tell you how much I Love You and I am So Proud of You of Everything you have Become and Accomplished.
No one know the surprising history of you and I so I will dish it out.
One day and one night back in Detroit there was a kiddie disco off Meyers and Fenkell street next door to the Jr high school I attended Guest Middle School.
I asked my cousins Kevin and Karen to take me to this kiddie disco and we had to pay $5 to get in. It was always on a Saturday.
My cousins Kevin and Karen Scott who took me to the kiddie disco for the RCA talent contest. Kevin wanted to be my manager but quit that night after I let Beyonce and her group have the RCA record deal and Karen was also disappointed but felt maybe I wasn’t ready.

I put on my gold shoes and my Jordache jeans and my multi-color trimmed in gold sweater.
I left the house with my cousins Kevin and Karen Scott. We got to the disco I was ready to party and found out there was going to be a contest.
The first prize I didn’t know about but obviously your parents did. It was a record deal for RCA records.
I got out there and audition and danced to Prince Let’s Work. Then some other talent came on then you and the original group Destiny Child came next.
We were the last standing for the Grand prize for the RCA record deal. So one of the judges walked over to me and said your going to win the contest but I have a question for you.?
Do you want a record deal because the first place prize is for a record deal? Those young girls over there travel to try to win.
The judge asked me to take second place. I was like I am a winner tonight but you want me to be second prize? She kinda beg me but she told me to look over my shoulders.
I was a young teenager about 13 years old and the daughter of a celebrity Florence Ballard from The Primettes and The Supremes who died a few years earlier.

I looked over my shoulders and out the corner of my eye and I saw a young beautiful little girl with long thick hair who was staring at me with this look on her face who really wanted to win and who really wanted and needed that break and opportunity to get sign to a record label.

I do believe her mother told her if they don’t win they are going home.
I could see it in your eyes Beyonce you wanted to be a Star 🌟 really bad. I saw the other girls too. But your expression on your face Beyonce I will never forget.
I turned back to the judge I was talking to and looked over at the other judges and the people from RCA Record Label and I turned back to the judge I was talking to. A nice woman who may have been Beyonce’s group manager.
I turned my head from staring at Beyonce and her group and whispered in the lady’s ear who came from the judges table. I told her to Give it to Them.

She rushed back over to the RCA Record Label judges table with excitement and I remember your mother Tina watching her but didn’t know the results nor did you.
I came and stood next to you the little original members of Destiny Child who couldn’t have been more than 8 years old.
I told my cousins they could be my managers but that night I had a change of heart and plans. Because I wanted you to win and besides I already had a taste of Fame.
I traveled with Diana Ross and spent many nights at Marvin Gaye house on Appoline Street in Detroit and woke up to the Jackson’s and was the cousin of Hank Ballard from the Midnighters and James Browns daughters because his wife Dee Dee is my aunt.
When the winners were announced you won the record deal. You were so excited and gave me a hug and the other members shook my hand. I was really happy for you that night Beyonce and I am extremely happy for you now because you are where you are supposed to be.
So if you ever thought about me that’s if you remembered me or your mom what happened to me.?
Well at the time of the contest I was 13 years old and I wasn’t ready for a record deal.
But at 16 I began writing songs and became intrested in singing again and began my training with my mentor and second dad Kasuku Mafia at his DETROIT Success Academy. Kasuku Mafia was a Motown Legend.

I went to an audition with my friend Warrakah “Peaches” Shah who accompanied me to the audition for a local Detroit group Round Trip the guy actually looked like George Clinton.
I won the lead and just knew I was going to be like Chaka Khan after singing Janet Jackson’s song Say You Do. But that didn’t work out because
Warrakah ” Peaches ” Shah. My Detroit Homegirl from high school we hung out everyday together.

After I won the lead to go on tour but my mother cousin Marlene who was raising me after my mom Flo Ballard passed said no I was too young and absolutely to young to.be on the road with men.
I called Michael Jackson in Europe and talked to him in London and I said I want to join this group. But Michael insisted I finish school first.
He talked me out of going.

So at 18 I moved out on my own to Grand Rapids and I called Michael Jackson again and said I’m out of here and he said I’m moving out of Encino to. We both moved the same day at the same time.
A few years later I moved to California and moved in with my cousin Deborah Ann Steele for two weeks and I was ready in July 1993 to start college but I waited until 1994.
In 1994 I began UCLA Extension and that’s where the births of my first films Set It Off and Booty Call came alive for my class assignments we had to pitch studios.
Our instructor gave us a new list of film production studios and I chose New Line Cinema from there I contacted Next wave Films who gave me $300,000 to finish my films.
Quincy Jones sent over music to produce. I began working while in college at Sony Music/ MJJ Productions where I worked with Kitty Jackson and I ran into Jeffrey Daniels from. Shalamar who was a VP as well for MJJ Productions and Michael Jackson flew him in from Japan we became instead friends.
Jeffrey introduce me to Jerry Greenberg in the sound room where we were listening to new artist music.
I had my stash of artist to make a creative decision who goes to radio. At the time I had to decide who Sony Music/ MJJ Productions was going to market it was between Fiona Apple, NSYNC and Rebbie Jackson.
I chose NSYNC I know talent when I hear it and see it just like I saw in you that night. I had an opportunity to become a singer while at Sony Music/ MJJ Productions but I became more interested in how a label was ran.
So I worked in artist relations, publicity, marketing and licensing. I continued St UCLA and ran into Takashi Bufford a new producer in West Hollywood across the street from my apartment on Hancock Ave and San Vicente in front of the Sherrif Dept.
My college friends Darrin Dean McCormick and Nick Jarvis from Detroit came to live with me.
Nick moved out and started dating Christina Applegate and Darrin moved to Beverly Hills up the street from me.
Just my daughter Kristian and I remain in the apt in W. Hollywood the following year Set It Off was released in six months and Booty Call the following year.
Both films grossed combined over $80 million dollars worldwide.
What am I doing today? Today I m into Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Architecture and Interior Design I have a partnership with my broker and my financier.
I own my own apartment buildings now in California and plan to open a office in the US Virgin Islands.
So that night wasn’t a lost for me but a win-win for both of us Beyonce. Continue success and prosperity.
Again I am so proud of you Beyonce and Kelly and all your group members. Continue to do what you do with the passion and drive you have.
I Love You! Stay Bless
